These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the procurement of our factory-direct power semiconductors and EV charging infrastructure. By accessing our site or utilizing our professional services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

PandaExo provides comprehensive power solutions ranging from silicon-level components to integrated charging platforms. Our services include:

  • Manufacturing and supply of bridge rectifiers (KBP, KBL, KBU, GBJ, and KBPC series).
  • Provision of AC and DC EV charging stations, ranging from 3.5kW to 1080kW.
  • Tailored energy solutions through EPCO, OEM, and ODM models.
  • Access to smart energy management software and cloud-based platforms developed in partnership with the Energy Institute of Hefei University of Technology.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to technical designs, software code, “Silicon Core” technology, and branding, is the property of PandaExo.

  • We hold dozens of utility model patents and software copyrights.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our proprietary technology is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Use and Safety

Our products are engineered for high-performance and safety, featuring UL 94V-0 flammability ratings and outdoor-rated enclosures (IP54/IP67).

  • Installation: Professional installation by certified technicians is required for all AC/DC charging stations.
  • Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring that the integration of our components complies with local electrical codes and standards.

4. B2B and Commercial Terms

For our commercial partners, including those served by our Sichuan and Dubai international branches:

  • Customization: OEM/ODM orders are subject to specific manufacturing agreements and R&D depth requirements.
  • Logistics: While we facilitate shipping through global channels like the China-Europe Railway Express, PandaExo is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Capacity: We maintain an annual output of over 20 million units to ensure supply chain reliability for large-scale infrastructure projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

PandaExo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our power conversion products or charging equipment. We do not guarantee that our “Smart Energy Platforms” will be 100% free of interruptions or errors, although we strive for maximum uptime through constant R&D innovation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of our global headquarters in Hefei.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect updates in our technology, such as wireless charging or power swap systems. Continued use of the website or our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
